Samajwadi Party Alleged misuse of government funds
Sunday, March 14, 2010 5:59SP, the opposition party in Uttar Pradesh has alleged BSP on misusing 
government funds for the preparation of BSP Maharally to be held on Monday and demanded and enquiry.
Opposition parties SP and Congress are singing the same song on the issue.
SP spokesman Rajendra Chaudhary said that government funds to the tune of Rupees 100 crores have been misused. He also claimed that around 6500 buses, including 1600 state roadways buses has been arranged to ferry BSP workers and supporters from all over the state.
On the other hand, Congress spokesman Subodh Srivastava charged BSP government with not only misusing public money but also state machinery. “While massive power cuts are being done all over the state, even during the ongoing board exams, huge amount of electricity is being wasted in decorations,” he said.
