Festivities and characteristic enthusiasm marked the golden jubilee celebrations of 1/11 Gorkha Rifles. The two-day event got off to a flying start on Tuesday morning with Central Mandir for serving and retired ranks followed by golden jubilee mela in which various competitions were organized. Khukri dance and band display by the jawans of 1/11 GR further added to the festivities in the event.
